This page explains how to request deletion of your BarberAtlas account connection and related shop data.
If you still have access to the app, the fastest way is to use the in-app deletion controls available in Settings. Depending on your role, BarberAtlas may provide actions such as:
Reset this deviceLeave this shopDelete entire shop for owner-managed deletionThese actions are protected in-app and may require confirmation or PIN verification.
If you no longer have access to the app, email your deletion request to: barberatlas.support@gmail.com
Please include as much of the following as possible so the request can be verified and handled correctly:
Deletion scope depends on your request and your role in the shop. This may include local app access, membership links, and owner-managed shop data where deletion is requested and verified.
If you created backups in your own Google Drive account, those backup files may remain in your Google Drive until you remove them. Google Play billing history is managed by Google Play, not by BarberAtlas.
BarberAtlas aims to review deletion requests as quickly as possible. Response and completion time can vary depending on the information provided and whether ownership or role verification is needed.
