These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the BarberAtlas app and the BarberAtlas website.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using BarberAtlas, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
BarberAtlas is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and any applicable app store rules, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BarberAtlas for your own internal business or shop-management purposes.
Some features require a Pro subscription. Subscription purchases, free trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and regional pricing are handled through Google Play and governed by Google Play policies and your Google account settings.
You are responsible for maintaining device security, reviewing backups, and using the app in compliance with applicable law.
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with platform or service security, attempt unauthorized access, or use BarberAtlas for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
BarberAtlas may evolve over time. Features may be added, updated, limited, or removed. While the goal is dependable service, BarberAtlas does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature.
BarberAtlas is designed around local-first data handling, but you remain responsible for reviewing your own records and backups. Backup features reduce risk, but no software can guarantee zero data loss in every scenario.
BarberAtlas is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the app will be error-free or suitable for every business workflow without your own review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BarberAtlas and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for business interruption, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the app or website.
You may stop using BarberAtlas at any time. Access to parts of the product may be suspended or terminated if required by law, platform rules, abuse prevention, or material violations of these terms.
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of BarberAtlas after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised version.
